With our Home Care plans you get peace of mind knowing that if there's any problem with your heating or hot water, we're ready to help. Your annual service is included, and depending on your plan, repairs are covered too. Unlike many other providers, we never charge call-out fees.
Your boiler service is annual. We'll contact you when it's due and book you in right away.
Yes. Home Care Boiler and Complete plans include full breakdown cover with parts and labour. Home Care Service is for your annual service only, with repairs available on a pay-as-you-go basis. All plan customers get priority booking if they need us in a hurry.
Yes. Our 10+ plans cover boilers between 10 and 15 years old with an annual service and repairs including parts and labour, capped at £750 per claim. All 10+ plans require an initial health check to confirm your boiler is in good working order and parts are still available. No call-out charges.
No. Unlike many other companies, we never charge call-out fees on any of our plans. When we come out, you pay nothing extra on top of your monthly payment.
If your boiler reaches the point where it can't be economically repaired, we'll give you honest advice. On our 10+ plans, we contribute £300 toward a new boiler installation. As Worcester Bosch accredited installers, we can offer up to a 12-year guarantee on a new boiler.
12 months, after which you're free to renew or cancel.
After you complete your payment, we'll send you a welcome email and get in touch to arrange your first visit. Our engineer will service your boiler and make sure everything's running safely. We'll also set you up with your online account so you can view documents and manage your plan.
