What every installation includes
One fixed price covers the lot. Nothing is added on the day.
Wireless thermostat
A Boiler Plus compliant programmable thermostat with load compensation, so the boiler runs cooler when it can. Smart controls available as an upgrade.
Magnetic filter
Fitted on the return to the boiler, catching sludge before it reaches the heat exchanger. Cleaned at every service.
System flush
The existing radiators and pipework cleaned before the new boiler goes on, so it is not fed dirty water from day one.
New flue and brickwork
A new flue and any making good outside, included rather than added on the day.
Pipework alterations
Gas, water and condensate pipework altered as needed to fit the new boiler properly.
Guarantee registered
We register the Worcester Bosch guarantee for you and set your first service reminder.
Boiler Plus and your controls
Since 2018, every new combi boiler in the UK has to be fitted with a control that helps it run efficiently. That is Boiler Plus. Every one of our installations meets it with a wireless programmable thermostat with load compensation, which lets the boiler turn its flow temperature down when the house is nearly warm.
If you want more, we can fit a smart thermostat such as Hive, Tado or Worcester Bosch's own control, so you can run the heating from your phone. We will set it up and show you how it works.
Protecting the new boiler
Building regulations now require a magnetic filter on every new boiler, and the manufacturer expects the system to be clean. We include both: the system is flushed before the boiler goes on and a filter is fitted on the return, then cleaned at every annual service. It is what keeps a 12 year guarantee valid for 12 years.

How long does an installation take?

Yes. Building regulations require a filter on a new boiler and the manufacturer expects a clean system. Both are included in every package.
What is Boiler Plus?
A building regulation from 2018 that requires every new combi to be fitted with an energy saving control. Our wireless thermostat with load compensation meets it, and smart controls are available as an upgrade.
