Why we do not chase reviews
Every customer gets the same message after the job is done, asking how it went and giving them a link. That is it. No prize draw, no discount for five stars, no second and third reminder.
It means the number grows more slowly than it could, and it means what you are reading is what people actually thought. A review that had to be bought out of someone is worth nothing to you when you are choosing who to let into your house.
We do not remove reviews either. On Fife Trusted Trader we could not even if we wanted to, because Fife Council's trading standards service moderates them rather than us.
