General & Pricing
Yes. All fixed prices listed on our website (such as our £108 repair fee or service cost) are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
We charge a fixed Diagnostic & Initial Repair fee of £108. This covers our travel plus the first hour of labour. If we can fix the fault in that first hour without parts, £108 is all you pay. There is no separate "turning up" charge.
We are based in (KY11) and cover all of Fife and the Lothians. Our engineers are daily in Dunfermline, Dalgety Bay, Rosyth, Inverkeithing, Kirkcaldy, Lochgelly, Burntisland, and South Queensferry.
We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the work. Our engineers carry secure card terminals.
Boiler Repairs & Servicing
A standard annual boiler service is a fixed price of £108 (inc VAT). This includes safety checks, flue analysis, and updating your warranty logbook.
Yes. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for breakdowns and loss of hot water in Dunfermline and surrounding areas.
Yes. We are experienced with all major brands including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal, Vaillant, Viessmann, Glow-worm, and Alpha. If parts are available, we can fix it.
If your boiler is over 12-15 years old and the repair is expensive (over £300), a replacement is often more economical. We will give you an honest assessment and never pressure you.
New Boiler Installation
Every home is unique, so we provide free, fixed-price quotes after a quick survey. We install Worcester Bosch and Baxi boilers with warranties up to 12 years.
A straightforward swap typically takes 1 day. Converting a system boiler (with a tank) to a Combi boiler usually takes 2 days.
As Accredited Installers, we offer extended manufacturer guarantees of 10 to 12 years on parts and labour for Worcester Bosch and Baxi boilers.
Heat Pumps
Yes. Modern air source heat pumps work efficiently down to -20°C. We design every system specifically for the Scottish climate to ensure your home stays warm.
Yes. The Home Energy Scotland Grant offers substantial funding (up to £7,500) to help cover installation costs. We can assist with the application.
We charge a fixed price of £198 for an annual heat pump service, which includes cleaning the external unit and checking system pressure/glycol.
Smart Thermostats
We supply and install Hive, Tado, and Worcester Bosch EasyControl systems. We are authorised installers for all three brands.
Yes. The manual controls on the wall unit always work independently of the internet. You will never be left without heating.
Landlord Safety (CP12)
Yes. Our Service & CP12 Bundle is our most popular option for landlords. We complete the boiler service and safety certificate in one visit to save you money.
Instantly. We issue Digital Certificates that are emailed to you (and your tenant/agent) immediately upon completion.
