+What is Boiler and Central Heating Service Plan and why do I need it?
With our Care Plans you can have true peace of mind, knowing that if there is any problem with your heating or hot water, we’ll be ready and on hand to support you when you need… and unlike many other home care providers, with WarmaHome there is no excess payable!
+How often will my boiler get serviced?
Your boiler service will be annual. You will receive a notification to let you know when it’s due and we’ll book you in right away.
+Do your plans include breakdown assistance?
Yes, they do, all our customers receive "Exclusive Customer Status" with priority for emergency call-outs. We’ll provide a direct number to a qualified technical engineer who can advise you on all aspects of plumbing and heating, including boiler pressure, heating controllers, and bleeding your radiator.
+How long is the agreement?
The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.
+What happens after I sign up?
After we process your payment, we’ll send you a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then get in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler. We’ll also provide you with a welcome pack containing more information.
