No. For customers within our standard service area (Dunfermline, Dalgety Bay, Rosyth, Kirkcaldy, South Queensferry, etc.), we do not charge extra for travel or fuel. Our fixed price is exactly that—fixed.

Because every home is different, we cannot give a fixed price for installation online. However, we offer free, no-obligation quotes. We will visit your property, assess your needs, and give you a fixed-price written quote valid for 30 days.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the work (or after the diagnostic visit). Our engineers carry secure card terminals for your convenience.

If a repair requires extra time or specific parts, our engineer will stop and give you a quote for the additional work. We never continue running up a bill without your permission. You are always in control of the cost.
