How to Join The Heat Club
Getting covered is simple. Sign up through your customer portal and you're sorted.
Log In to Your Portal
Sign in at portal.theheatnetwork.co.uk. If you're an existing customer, your account is ready and waiting.
Choose Your Plan
Pick the level of cover that suits you — from Service Only right up to Complete Care. Everything's explained clearly, no jargon.
Set Up Direct Debit
Secure monthly payment via Stripe. Takes two minutes, and your 12-month plan starts straight away.
Boiler Health Check
We'll book an inspection to check your system. Once it passes, your cover is fully active.

With our Care Plans you can have true peace of mind, knowing that if there is any problem with your heating or hot water, we’ll be ready and on hand to support you when you need… and unlike many other home care providers, with The Heat Network there is no excess payable!
Your boiler service will be annual. You will receive a notification to let you know when it’s due and we’ll book you in right away.
Yes, they do. All our customers receive "Exclusive Customer Status" with priority for emergency call-outs. We’ll provide a direct number to book a qualified technical engineer who can advise you on all aspects of boilers and heating, including boiler pressure, heating controllers, and bleeding your radiator.
The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.
After we process your payment, we’ll send you a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then get in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler. We’ll also provide you with a welcome pack containing more information.
